ABOUT OUR CEO

Gazmir Markja is founder of GM Affordable Housing, INC.
In recognition of his devoted contribution to the success of students, the Clark County School District honors Mr. Markja for 14 years of distinguished service.
CCSD recognize a valued employee, knowledge of building construction and materials. Ability to interpret, apply local, state, federal, and national codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematic, wiring and logic diagrams, and specifications in the carpentry trade.
Mr. Markja is pursuing Constructions Management Degree. He supports, men and women in uniform who have been serve our nation, families and communities to create a humane and sustainable world.
Mr. Markja and his wife, Ervana, reside in Las Vegas and have three children Grayson,Eliana and Edison.

For Veterans

Becoming homeless is a tough ordeal that no one should experience. Currently, our target demographics are veterans and single parents. These people are constantly challenged by society, and they need help whenever possible. If you are facing homelessness in Nevada, always remember that we are here. GM Affordable Housing Inc. won’t let you down!

For Single Parents

GM Affordable, INC. Prioritizes the sake of the Community. Our Commitment is to provide permanent housing, free rent, to the single parents to improve their quality of life and create safe environment for them and their children. Through our housing support, we can foster community growth on a gradual basis.
